ABOUT US QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
A special team of LGU-Gensan will act as the coordinating center in implementing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. The LGU Gensan will establish a Quality Management System that covers all areas in order to ensure a more seamless interaction of various procedures from various offices.
The City Government of General Santos will continue to strive to provide high-quality services to its clients, increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness, and to build a framework for continuous improvement.
