Functions:

• Design and initiate special projects, services or activities geared towards the promotion and acceleration of the city's economic development.
• Further develop livelihood programs for micro-enterprises which will increase income and provide employment opportunities; 
• Develop and  initiate plans and strategies for cooperative education and development and undertake pilot projects which the private sector is not keen; and
• Perform such other function as may be determined by the Office of the City Mayor.
