The Local Government of General Santos conducted the Root Cause Analysis and Effective Corrective Action Training on March 9 & 10, 2022 to designated Internal Quality Auditors, Supervisors/Division Chiefs, and Key Process Owners from different departments of LGU-Gensan in line with the implementation of Quality Management System. The training aims to strengthen the understanding on the importance of determining and addressing the root causes of problems encountered by all offices in their respective process which will serve as reference in their decision making and planning process.Also, the training will help the respective departments in addressing the non-conformities identified during the recently concluded Internal Quality Audit by responding to the Corrective Action Report prepared by the Audit Team through Root Cause Analysis using different tools and methodologies. With this, LGU-Gensan is embracing the concept of continual improvement that is also one of the objectives in the implementation of QMS.
