LGU-GENSAN PREPARES FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9001:2015

A series of trainings and consultation activities have been set forth for the establishment of Quality Management System in the local government of General Santos City aimed not only to be ISO 9001:2015 certified but ultimately to improve the delivery of services to satisfy the needs of all Generals. An initial gap assessment was undertaken on August 2 to 6 to determine the gaps, its causes, and provide corrective actions based on the standards of ISO 9001:2015. Succeeding activities also include orientation seminar on ISO 9001:2015, various trainings, documentation, and consultations, among others. In this new normal, all activities will be done via virtual platform to safeguard all employees but still deliver a smooth and interactive activities.
