𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙞𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 is one of the key aspect of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standard. It is an organizational culture that encourages all employees to look for ways to enhance its operations which includes suggesting ideas to improve efficiencies, evaluating current processes, and finding opportunities to improve the productivity of work .As LGU-Gensan aims to achieve its ISO 9001:2015 certification, the city government’s dedication to continuous improvement is evident by enhancing its services through influencing employees to practice the principles of ISO 9001:2015. This includes the training, orientations, and seminars which were conducted, preparation of Quality Documents, implementation of the 1st Internal Quality Audit, and the final Gap Assessment which will determine the gaps, its causes, and provide corrective actions as well as determine the readiness of the city vis-a-vis ISO 9001:2015 standards. Improvement is essential for an organization to maintain its current level of performance, to react to changes in its internal and external conditions to create opportunities.
